This sea salt and truffle combo comes from Sabatino Tartufi, which has the largest truffle manufacturing plant in the US, located in West Haven, Conn., and another manufacturing plant in the Sabatino hometown of Terni, Italy. The family-owned company was established in 1911 and serves restaurants around the world with fresh and preserved truffles.
